The Goucher Gophers won the Champion college title again this weekend at the Goucher IHSA Horse show. After some amazing performances, the Gophers ended the day with 35 points -- followed by Mount St. Mary's University with 30, and George Washington University with 29.
This second win lengthened the Gophers already comfortable lead to 31 points in Zone IV Region I overall team standings. Senior Joey Fink was the High Point rider for the second straight weekend, and senior Laura Malone was the reserve High Point rider. Junior Hayley Cohen also qualified for the 2015 Zone IV Region I Championships!
