Goucher Equestrian competed in two regular season IHSA shows this past weekend at the University of Mary Washington, and clinched the title of IHSA Zone IV Region I Champions for the 2012-2013 competition year.
The win allowed the Goucher team a spot at Zone IV finals at St. Andrews University in Laurinburg, NC on April 6. The team will compete against three other regional champion schools for two coveted spots to IHSA Nationals in Harrisburg, PA.

Laura Malone - 2nd place Novice flat, 2nd place Novice fences
Kaduk Sherpa - 1st place Advanced Walk Trot Canter
Erika Scott - 2nd place Advanced Walk Trot Canter

Individual members of Goucher's Equestrian team will compete at Zone IV Region I Regional finals at home on March 30.
